Tenali Rama stories are quite well known in Indian folktales for their wittiness. They are extremely inspiring for kids and teach how to come out of tricky situations with wit.
Tenali Rama was an Indian poet, scholar, and court jester in the court of King Krishnadevaraya, the emperor of Vijayanagar. He was one of the Ashtadiggajas (eight scholars) of the court. Even though he did not receive any formal education, he studied on his own and became a great scholar.
